Returns
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Alternatively, at your request, we can issue the refund amount as a coupon or credit to your Grocery247 account, which can be used for future purchases.
You will receive the refund amount within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
Change of heart or personal preference is not applicable for returns.
